Since its opening in September 2018, the building has included the following facilities:

A 1,200-seat auditorium with balcony and a modular design to allow 800 or 600 seats: a one-of-a-kind facility in the region ;
16 committee rooms, seating 25 to 400;
Exhibition area for 210 stands ;
